• Monday - Friday schedule 7:30 am - 5 pm
• Phone call shared among group
• Lead and mentor primary care providers
• Direct patient care and leadership responsibilities
• Onsite services include digital X-ray, ultrasound, and lab work
• Board certification required
• DEA required
