• Monday - Friday schedule with 7:30 am - 5 pm hours
• Leadership role supervising and training primary care providers
• Call shared among group and over the phone only
• Onsite services include digital X-ray, ultrasound, and EKG
• Outpatient setting focused on geriatric medicine
• Lead care team with medical assistant and care coordinator
• Board certification in geriatric medicine required
• Hospital-employed position with leadership development
