• Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm schedule
• Longevity-focused, performance-driven healthcare practice
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine
• Minimum 5 years experience required
• Advanced diagnostics including genomic sequencing and biomarker testing
• Direct patient access with same-day appointments available
• Low patient census of 2 - 4 patients
