• Requirements: Board Certified, Active KY License or IMLC.

  with biopsy
  with foreign body removal
  with fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser)
  With injection of varices
• ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography)
  Diagnostic
  Therapeutic
• Small Bowel biopsy
• Lower GI endoscopy
• Sigmoidoscopy
  Flexible & Rigid
• Colonoscopy
  with biopsy
  with excision of polyp
• Liver biopsy
• NO EUS REQUIRED
