Requirements McLaren Bay Region is recruiting Gastroenterologists in Bay City Michigan for 24-hour call coverage. Ongoing need for coverage through 2026 Schedule is Monday 7am - Friday 7pm call. No weekend call. Monday-Thursday 7a-7a Friday 7a-7p Filled By Start Date Shift Start Time - Shift End Time End Date 3/30/2026 M - R 7am - 7am 24hr Coverage F 7am - 7pm 12hr Coverage 4/3/2026 7/27/2026 M - R 7am - 7am 24hr Coverage F 7am - 7pm 12hr Coverage 7/31/2026 9/28/2026 M - R 7am - 7am 24hr Coverage F 7am - 7pm 12hr Coverage 10/2/2026 12/28/2026 M - R 7am - 7am 24hr Coverage F 7am - 7pm 12hr Coverage 1/1/2027 ERCP is requiredHospitalist support2 colorectal surgeons in communityGI clinic location less than half a mile from hospitalSmall town atmosphere with big city amenities waterfront Please note: Car fuel mileage hotel is a 150 cap including taxes rental must be refueled before being returned Do NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees No lodging booked through 3rd party websites i.e. Expedia kayak etc. McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel amp Expense policy between McLaren Health Care amp AHSA. Rates to Submit: Malpractice rates MUST be included in the rate Orientation rate - 1/2 the hourly rate for training/orientation/online modulesOn call daily - 24-hour rate to include 8 hours gratis in house and night call Monday-ThursdayDaily shifts for Friday's 7a-7p to include 4 hours of patient contact Call back rate - After gratis hours completedHoliday rates for all Conversion fee
