• AZ license
• Starts ASAP - ongoing
• 12-hour shifts
• Can be day or night shifts
• Will only consider Providers who will cover OB shifts (days, nights, and weekends)
• Will cover both OB and main OR
• Supervision
• 30-day credential 
• EMR: EPIC
