• Build new colorectal surgery service line as sole CRS surgeon
• Join established private practice with 8 general surgeons
• Practice mix: 70% colorectal surgery and 30% general surgery
• Da Vinci XI robotic system available
• Call schedule 4 - 8 days per month
• Block OR scheduling available
• Partnership track available
• CRS fellowship required
