• Job Setting: Clinic, inpatient, infusion center

• Credentialing: 90 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified Medical Oncology or Hematology preferred, will consider Board Eligible
• Certifications: BLS, DEA
• Licensure: Active California license required
