Join a highly respected Anesthesia team in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This full-time opportunity offers self-scheduling with a variety of shift options--including 8, 10, 12, and 24-hour shifts--allowing you to design the work-life balance you want. There's no call, and while epidurals and spinals are available, participation is entirely voluntary. Base salary ranges up to $400,000+ depending on experience, and you'll receive a $125,000 sign-on bonus. Harrisburg, the capital of Pennsylvania, offers a vibrant downtown, scenic riverfront, and a lower cost of living compared to nearby metropolitan areas.
