Locum Anesthesiologist needed ASAP in IN for a locum assignment. The clinician needs to have an active state license. 

• Coverage Needed: Multiple dates, please inquire
• Call Required: Yes
• Cases Required: Mostly Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, ENT and OB. They do Vbacs, no high risk OB
• Must be Proficient in spinals and blocks
• EMR: Epic
