• BE/BC in Family Medicine 
• Previous experience preferred, but not required 
• Employed position 
• Outpatient only - joining an established practice with 2 Dr.'s and 3 APP's 
• Work hours; Monday - Friday 8-5
• Each physician is designated 1 APP
• Will be handed an established patient base
