OB/GYN Opportunity - SC - 7/7 Block Schedule - 1:7 Call Coverage

Practice Overview

• You'll join a dedicated team with full midlevel support and a collaborative atmosphere.
• Engage in a mix of high-risk and teen pregnancies with scheduled OR time.
• Participate in a wide range of GYN surgeries with excellent hospital-based support services
• Da Vinci Robot
• 300 deliveries a year, 20% Cesarean rate
• Shared call structure, 7 days on/7 days off, with potential compensation for ER call

Schedule

• Standard office hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Friday is a half-day.
• One full 8-hour OR two half days each week
• Efficient clinic flow with a steady patient volume
• Flexible scheduling options to help maintain work-life balance
• 1:7 Call coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• Hospital-employed model with a starting salary greater than $400,000 plus an RVU threshold of 9000 per year
• RVU-based production incentives and a full benefits package
• Generous PTO, CME allowance, and relocation assistance
• Signing bonus available; details negotiable upon application

• Open to both MD and DO candidates, including residents
• Seeking collaborative and patient-focused individuals
• Comfortable managing a high-volume OB/GYN practice
