• Support Staff: 2 RNs, MA, Surgery Scheduler, 2 Front Office Staffs
• Procedures:
      - General Urology (clinic & routine care)
      - Bread & Butter Urology
      - Robotic available
• Other Info:
      - Hospitalist will do the admission
      - Will be the sole provider

Requirements:
• Active WA License or IMLC
• BC/BE (If BE, 0-5 years upon residency completion)
• BLS, ACLS
• DEA
• Clean Record (highly preferred)
