About the Position

A well-established, mission-driven community health organization on California’s Coast is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join its growing primary care team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-scope outpatient Family Medicine while serving a diverse, appreciative patient population — all while enjoying life in one of the most desirable coastal regions in the state.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient Only

• Flexible Schedules Available:

  • Monday–Friday (8–5 or 9–6)

  • 4×10 schedules (Mon–Thu or Tue–Fri)

• Patient Volume:

  • 22–24 patients per day

• Procedures: Full range within Family Medicine; preferred experience includes pap smears, minor lacerations, MSK injections/aspirations, and biopsies

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Starting at $270,000

• Annual Earnings Potential: Up to $400,000 with productivity, quality bonuses, and supervision incentives

• Signing Bonus: Up to $50,000

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• California medical license (or ability to obtain)

• BLS certification

• Eligible for Medicare/Medi-Cal; not sanctioned by CMS

• New graduates and visa candidates (J1/H1B) welcome
