About the Position

Locums Urology Physician in Odessa, Texas - Monthly Blocks

Pick up recurring week-long coverage blocks in a hospital-based urology practice with ongoing scheduling flexibility.

Practice & Cases

- Inpatient urology coverage at a Level III trauma center

- Consults, rounding, procedures, and post-operative patient management

- Approximately 10 patients per day and 50 procedures per month

- Robotic platform available but not required

Schedule

- Monday-to-Monday coverage blocks

- Continuous 24-hour call during assigned weeks

- Two half-day clinics each week for post-operative follow-ups

- Recurring monthly coverage opportunities

Requirements

- Must be an MD or DO

- Board Certified in Urology

- Active Texas license required

- BLS and DEA required

- Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage provided

- Travel accommodations arranged for scheduled coverage blocks
