• Hours per week: 32–40 hours
• Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing contract
• Licensure/Certs: Ohio dental license required; pediatric certification preferred
• Experience: 2+ years in pediatric dentistry preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care for a start-up dental program
• Manage up to 20 patients per day with standard pediatric cases
• Use Open Dental EMR software for documentation
• Collaborate with staff to develop patient care plans
• Focus on patient education and preventive care
• Maintain a high standard of infection control and sterilization
• Contribute to the growth and success of the new facility

What You Need

Required:

• Ohio dental license
• Ability to perform standard pediatric dental procedures
• Strong communication and patient management skills

Preferred:

• Pediatric sedation certification
• Experience in start-up or outpatient pediatric practices
• Bilingual abilities (optional but beneficial)
