• Full-time hospital-based position with comprehensive mental health services
• Work across multiple levels: inpatient, PHP, IOP, and emergency services
• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry from ABPN required
• Minimum 2 years of psychiatric care experience in inpatient or outpatient setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including therapists and case managers
• EPIC EMR experience preferred for streamlined documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and best practice development
• Evidence-based care focus with commitment to patient-centered treatment
