Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Call: Call every third night and every third weekend (OR call only, no OB); call response time 45 minutes
Setting: Hospital based coverage; all CRNA practice model
Travel and Lodging: Full travel is available based on provider availability
EMR: Epic

Position Overview

• Hospital based CRNA coverage with adult patient population noted
• Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
• Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Clinical Scope

• Endoscopy
• Podiatry
• General surgery
• Orthopedics
• Urology

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS through AHA

Credentialing

• Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
