Pay & Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $650,000 to $700,000 annually (salary expectations welcomed)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide outpatient and inpatient electrophysiology services across Detroit-area facilities
  • Perform procedures including pacemaker, defibrillator implants, and ablations
  • Participate in inpatient rounds and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Build and manage a patient panel with existing referral streams
  • Lead and contribute to high-quality patient care in a Level I Trauma Center
  • Utilize Cerner EMR system (transitioning to Epic in 2025–2026)
  • Engage in teaching and mentoring opportunities within a teaching hospital environment
  • Travel between multiple practice locations as needed

What You Need

Required:

  • Michigan medical license
  • Board Certification in Cardiology
  • Certification or experience in electrophysiology
  • Minimum of 2 years of EP experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Good standing with a clean background
  • Willingness to travel between practice sites

Preferred:

  • Leadership or teaching experience
  • Familiarity with advanced EP technology and procedures
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
