Call: OB call only; call response time 30 minutes
Travel and Lodging: Full travel is available based on provider availability

Position Overview

• CRNA coverage across a broad case mix
• Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
• Case logs required (proof of epidurals and spinals)
• EMR: Epic

Clinical Scope

• Endoscopy
• OB and GYN
• Pediatrics
• Urology
• ENT
• General surgery
• Orthopedics
• Vascular
• Trauma
• Ophthalmology

Required Qualifications

• Active Michigan license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS

Incentives and Selling Points

• Completion bonus: $3,000 (for 12 consecutive full weeks, when applicable)
• Vaccination required; religious and medical exemptions accepted
