Setting: Hospital coverage with MDs on site and limited supervision noted

Position Overview

• CRNA coverage for a mix of OR and OB cases
• Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
• Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
• Shared position across Parkview locations is noted

Clinical Scope

• Endoscopy
• OB and GYN
• Pediatrics
• General surgery
• Orthopedics

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS

Credentialing

• Credentialing timeframe noted as approximately 120 days

Incentives and Selling Points

• Completion bonus: $3,000 (for 12 consecutive full weeks, when applicable)
