About the Position

A growing private practice located in a desirable suburb of Twin Cities is seeking a FT CRNA to join their team. This role is based in a brand new, state-of-the-art surgery center, offering a beautiful and modern facility designed to support a smooth, efficient and predictable workflow. The position features a highly sought-after Monday-Friday schedule with no call, weekends, or holiday coverage, allowing for outstanding work-life balance.

CRNAs in this role enjoy autonomy and are responsible for managing their own cases, which include general surgery, plastics, and GI procedures. Flexible scheduling options are available, including both full-time and 0.8 FTE positions to match your lifestyle and preferences.

Compensation is highly competitive up to $270,000, in addition to profit sharing, a 401(k), and a comprehensive benefits package.
