• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p
• Avg Patients/day: 20-23
• Ages: all ages
• Cases: Bread and butter Primary Care
• Credentialing: 30-60 days

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician
• Active CA License
