About the Position

About Us

We are a private, family-owned specialty group practice founded in 2010. We operate 3 locations just outside of Greenville, SC. As the first pediatric dental specialty practice in the region, we are proud to serve over 55,000 patient appointments annually, providing full-scope pediatric and orthodontic care to children from birth through adolescence—including those with special healthcare needs.

We are expanding our team and currently hiring a full-time Pediatric Dentist.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care to 20–40 patients/day
• Restorative and preventive care
• Conscious sedation and nitrous oxide
• Frenectomies (infants), special needs care
• OR cases (with privileges available)
• Collaborate with in-house orthodontist on interceptive ortho cases

Work Schedule

• 4–4.5 days/week
• Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:45 AM – 1:00 PM

What We’re Looking For

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Dentist
• New grads welcome—mentorship and training available
• Team-first attitude and a passion for working with children
• Interest in a long-term position within a growing practice

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary + 34%–36% of net production
• Annual earning potential: $300K–$400K+
• Relocation assistance available
• CE allowance, malpractice coverage, and paid licensing/professional dues
