      - New 19 chair infusion room, pharmacy in house, nurse navigation, radiation oncology & lab

Requirements:
• Active OR License (or willing to obtain)
• BC (AONCP for NP)
• BLS
• NPDB Report
• Clean Record
• PA Oncology Subspecialty/Additional Oncology Training (highly preferred)
