Position Details

• W2 employed position
• Full-time schedule:
• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Solo General Dentist role
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Goal: 15 patients per day
• Hygienist onsite for clinical support

Clinical Responsibilities
This is a full-spectrum general dentistry role that includes:

• Fillings
• Crowns
• Partials & Complete Dentures
• Anterior Endo (optional but preferred)
• Specialized cases are referred to in-house specialists

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Daily Guarantee: $900/day
• Tiered Production Bonus: 25%–28%
• You earn the greater of the daily guarantee or production
• Must meet the daily guarantee threshold to activate percentage

Ideal Candidate

• Must have an active Texas dental license (or be willing to wait for licensure)
• At least 1 year of general dentistry experience
• Able to work independently with support staff
• Positive, production-focused mindset
