Otolaryngology in Central Illinois
Join an established, highly successful ENT practice in the Bloomington-Normal region of Central Illinois offering exceptional surgical volume and a well-supported clinical environment. This premier opportunity provides immediate patient demand, a built-in succession plan, and the structural backing needed to maximize your professional impact from day one. You will step into a collaborative group dynamic with a robust referral network that ensures rapid practice growth.
Practice Overview
- Collaborate with two full-time ENT physicians and a part-time neurotologist
- Standalone clinic with 6 exam rooms and 2 procedure rooms on each side
- High-volume practice with new patient wait times currently 6 weeks out
- Strong referral base supporting consistent clinical and surgical volume
Schedule
- Balanced mix of 2-3 days of clinic and 1-2 days in the OR
- Shared call of 1 week at a time, totaling 6-12 weeks annually
- Call may include facial trauma but is limited to a non-trauma hospital setting
- Dedicated support staff including 2 RNs, CMA, surgery coordinator, and 2 audiologists
Compensation & Benefits

Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
- Fellowship training welcomed but not required
- Strong surgical skills and ability to manage general ENT cases
- Team-oriented mindset essential given noted group dynamics
