Pay & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $275,000 – $360,000 annually (based on experience) plus a lucrative bonus program with a guaranteed first-year bonus of $50,000

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive neonatal intensive care services in a Level-III NICU with an average census of 26 patients.
  • Manage advanced therapies including High Frequency Ventilation, Inhaled Nitric Oxide, and Total Body Cooling.
  • Collaborate with subspecialty teams including Cardiology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Hematology, and Endocrinology.
  • Participate in patient care coverage, including potential call and weekend duties.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team of 5 neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners.
  • Engage with a community offering excellent quality of life and professional growth opportunities.

What You Need

  • Medical license in Kansas or eligibility to obtain one.
  • BC/BE in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
  • Prior experience in neonatal intensive care preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
