Opportunity Highlights

• Join a locally owned, not for profit healthcare system in New Mexico, to join a growing team of exceptional clinicians and staff.
• The group covers three local  Albuquerque Hospitals 
• Group is comprised of 45+ physicians, 25 + advanced practitioners and a full complement of additional support staff to include scribes for every shift
• 24/7 Hospitalists, Surgicalists, Intensivists, NICU, PICU, Cardiology, and more admitting ED patients at our downtown facility
• Offering all employees a robust, day one effective benefits plan consisting of medical, dental, vision and more. Exceptional retirement plans – 403b retirement savings program with both matching programs and employer contributions.
• Shift length shifts vary from 9-12 hours
• Rate + efficiency bonus plus night differential. Average Total Cash Compensation is $425,000-$450,000
• Volume varies based on hospital but all locations have APC coverage along with Physicians in other pods. Goal is to see up to 1.4 patients per hour
• Nationally competitive salary with relocation allowance available, CME allowance and fully paid malpractice insurance
• Greater Albuquerque, New Mexico!
