• License/Certs: Medical license in VA, Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN
• Experience: 3+ years of OB hospitalist experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Provide emergent OB/GYN coverage, including labor and delivery management
• Collaborate with in-house anesthesia and back-up physicians for seamless care
• Manage approximately 72 deliveries per month
• Respond to emergent GYN situations when needed
• Support a hospital with a Level 3B NICU at the main facility (not onsite)
• Work with a team that includes other OBs, general surgeons, and ER doctors
• Cover approximately 600 assigned patients plus additional unassigned cases

What You Need:

• Active Virginia medical license or eligible to obtain one
• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
• Minimum of 3 years OB hospitalist experience
• Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills
