About the Position

Assignment Details:

• Start: As soon as credentialed (60-90 days)
• Duration: 3 months with opportunity for extension
• Procedures: Ortho, complex neuro, designated stroke center, no cardiac, no OB
• Schedule: Flexible 40hrs weekly
• Care Team Model: 1:4 Medical Supervision
• 60-90 day credentialing

Qualification:

• KY MD License
• BLS, ACLS Certifications
