• Compensation: - $150,000 - $155,000 based on experience

• Additional Info: We are a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center and social service agency that serves the homeless and unstably housed people in New York City. DETAILS: - Obtains health histories and performs physical examinations and screenings, including testing for HIV on-site - Reaches out and engages clients with appropriate concern for their health and other needs - Conducts health screening services - Works in a non-traditional environment; e.g., the non-clinic facility where homeless people congregate - Makes every effort to provide and assure ongoing medical service, including a continuum of care for persons with HIV/AIDS - Provider will be servicing the men who live in the shelter initially, and patient panel will expand as role expands - EMR = eClinicalworks
