About the Position

Position Highlights

• Mix of clinic, scheduled procedures, and deliveries

• 5 call shifts/month with post-call day off

• Da Vinci Robot available

• Onsite translators for patient support

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $400K+ (negotiable)

• $550K+ earnings potential with encounters + collections

• 30% collections for surgeries

• 10% employer retirement contribution after 1 year

• $50k signing bonus & $30k relocation assistance 
  $100k down payment for a home with 5 year commitment

• Eligible for California loan repayment programs

• Visa (H1/J1) sponsorship available

• Willing to mentor new graduates
