What You’ll Do
- Provide expert neonatal care in a Level III NICU at the Siena Campus and Level II NICU at the San Martin Campus
- Utilize advanced neonatal technologies such as body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
- Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists including pediatric surgery and maternal-fetal medicine
- Lead or participate in teaching and quality improvement initiatives
- Work alongside a dedicated nursing and ancillary team in a collegial environment
- Promote a healthy work/life balance with flexible scheduling
- Engage in a vibrant community in Henderson offering ample recreational opportunities
What You Need
- Current BC/BE Neonatology certification
- Prior NICU experience preferred
- Ability to obtain Nevada medical license
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
