You'll step into a high-demand Urgent Care role where you can stay hands-on clinically without taking call. This is a 100% Urgent Care practice with strong on-site support, consistent patient flow, and block scheduling built for work-life balance. Practice Overview
- You'll join an established Urgent Care team across multiple freestanding and retail-style clinic settings
- 100% Urgent Care: worker's comp, physicals, sprains, cuts, respiratory illness, and sutures/laceration repair (if able)
- Robust clinic support with dedicated MA/LVN and rad tech coverage, plus on-site X-ray
- No call responsibility; specialty support available through a large regional health system
Schedule
- Block schedule with a 7 on / 7 off model; typically 14 shifts per month
- Clinic hours: 9a-9p weekdays and 10a-6p weekends, with rotating shift coverage
- Expected volume averages ~20-25 patients per 8-hour shift (seasonal surges occur)
- Weekend coverage is structured and shared across the team
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $115,000, plus bonus'
- Total Income Potential of $165,000 - $200,000

Candidate Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) with interest in full-time Urgent Care practice
- New grads considered; Urgent Care experience preferred but not required
- Comfort managing walk-in acuity, minor injuries, and common respiratory complaints
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-based clinic environment
