About the Position

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Urology Physician (MD) to join our team in northwest AR. This is a permanent position offering a rewarding career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Clinic: Monday–Friday, with a half day on Friday (option for 4-day, 10-hour schedule)
• Patients: 20–25 per clinic day
• Call: Weekend call is 1:4 (approx. 10 shifts per month)

Compensation & Benefits

• $780k+ earnings
• Commencement Bonus: $40,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
