• Other Info:
      - Phone call only with RN triage as first contact
      - Telemedicine for 2–3 hours on weekends once every 3 months
      - Engage in teaching opportunities with medical and APP students

Requirements:
• Active NY License or willing to obtain
• BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)
• DEA
• ACLS (AHA)
• Clean Record
