What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based neonatology care in Level III NICUs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatric subspecialists such as neurologists, cardiologists, pulmonologists, and surgeons
- Provide comprehensive care for newborns with complex needs, including services like high-frequency ventilation, body cooling, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
- Participate in teaching and CQI activities to improve patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with families and team members to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
- Engage in scheduled on-call rotations and weekend coverage
What You Need
- Valid medical license or eligibility in Nevada
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering top-tier patient care
- Open to recent fellowship graduates and visa candidates
About the Assignment
This position is based at two prominent hospitals in Las Vegas: Mountain View Hospital, with a 24-bed Level III NICU offering advanced services, and Southern Hills Hospital, with a 15-bed Level III NICU. Both facilities are part of the Sunrise Health System, providing access to a wide range of pediatric subspecialties and teaching opportunities.
