• Compensation: $113,000 - $140,000 based on years of experience

• Additional Info: Join us as a Primary Care Site Director! Serve as the primary care clinical leader for a health center site within our FQHC network. For more than 30 years, the Family Practice and Counseling Services Network (FPCSN) has provided accessible, nurse-managed, and community-based care across Philadelphia. Unique opportunity that combines direct patient care responsibilities with site-level clinical leadership, quality oversight, provider mentorship, workflow optimization, and interdisciplinary team collaboration. Qualifications: - Minimum of 3-5 years of primary care clinical experience required. - Experience in community health, FQHCs, underserved populations, or safety-net healthcare strongly preferred. - Prior leadership, precepting, charge, supervisory, or provider mentoring experience required. - Experience with value-based care and quality metrics preferred.
