This is a rare opportunity for a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician to blend meaningful clinical care with strategic and administrative leadership. Practice Overview

• Join a multidisciplinary team including pediatricians, family physicians, NPs, and behavioral health providers
• 100% outpatient practice at a flagship West Philadelphia location
• No hospital responsibilities-focus entirely on community-based primary care
• Opportunity to influence clinical workflows, quality initiatives, and program development

Schedule

• 3 clinical days and 2 dedicated administrative days each week
• Standard hours: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM
• No weekend requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $270,000
• Additional $24,000 annual incentive program
• 200 hours PTO, plus 40 sick hours and 10 paid holidays
• CME allowance
• Full reimbursement for licensing, malpractice, and credentialing
