What You’ll Do
- Provide high-acuity, evidence-based neonatal care in a multi-site NICU environment
- Manage care for approximately 1,700 NICU admissions annually
- Perform advanced neonatal procedures including high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and total body cooling for HIE
- Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization
- Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Rotate through facilities and shifts to support 24/7 coverage
- Engage in quality improvement, mentorship, and ongoing professional development
- Support families emotionally and educationally during their NICU journey
What You Need
- Valid RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification
- Neonatal ICU experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong clinical skills in advanced neonatal interventions
- Compassionate communication and teamwork skills
