CRNA opening in Grand Rapids area with flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week and no call!! Earn $283k+, plus a $100,000 sign-on bonus and $$$ towards relocation assistance if needed. Diverse cases including general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, neurosurgery, thoracic, vascular, and OB/GYN.
