A respected rural health system in West Tennessee is seeking a Family Medicine Physician with OB Fellowship training (or equivalent C-section experience) to join its award-winning OB team in Tennessee. This role offers full-scope autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a balanced lifestyle in a supportive, physician-led environment—just a short drive from major metros.

Practice & Position Highlights:

• Full-scope FM-OB: prenatal, delivery (low/moderate risk), primary C-sections
• Award-winning OB unit (statewide & Harvard Team Birth recognition)
• No VBAC management or high-pressure GYN expectations
• Dedicated OB OR with 24/7 in-house anesthesia
• Optional 4-day workweek and flexible clinic hours
• Transparent leadership, supportive nursing staff, and zero tolerance for egos

Compensation & Perks:

• Competitive base salary
