About the Position

Primary Care NP and MD with Occupational Health Experience

Schedule: Ongoing per diem dates
Openings: 1
Travel/Lodging: Limited

Position Overview

• Outpatient corporate health and wellness coverage
• Primary care and occupational health focused role
• Care for employees and family members ages 2 and older
• Patient volume typically 2 to 4 patients per hour
• Paper charting until Epic access is granted

Clinical Scope

• Acute episodic care
• Primary care
• Chronic care
• Well women’s exams
• Routine in clinic procedures as appropriate
• No pain management

Required Qualifications

• Physician Assistant
• Occupational Health experience
• National certification
• DEA required
• CSR if required by state
• 2 plus years of experience preferred

Credentialing/Onboarding Items (must be provided)

• Credentialing timeframe is approximately 1 week, based on provider completion of labs and submission of documents
• Required credentialing documents as requested by the client team
