• Trauma Level: I
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
      - Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates

Requirements:
• OH License (or willing to obtain)
• BC/BE
• BLS, ACLS
​• DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
• Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate​
