About the Position

Provider Healthcare is actively seeking a skilled Family Practice MD/DO with IMLC LOQ for a full-time locums assignment at an outpatient clinic in Washington State. These opportunities offer the perfect blend of meaningful work, a Monday–Friday schedule, and the chance to experience the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Assignment Details

• Location: Outpatient FQHC clinics in Washington State (call me for locations)

• Assignment Length: 3 months, with strong potential to extend

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

• Setting: 100% outpatient ambulatory FQHC

• Patient Load: 18–20 patients per day

• Ages Seen: All ages

• EMR: EPIC

• Preferred Languages: Spanish or Russian a plus

What You’ll Do

• Deliver full-spectrum family medicine

• Provide walk-in and acute care services

• Manage chronic diseases and preventative care

• Serve patients of all ages in a collaborative clinical setting

Requirements

• License: Active Washington license or IMLC eligibility

• Experience: 1–3 years of recent clinical experience preferred

• Board Certification: Required

• Credentialing: Fast-track onboarding available
