About the Position

A full-time permanent CRNA opportunity is now available with a highly respected team in West Texas offering an exceptional quality of life and total package exceeding $416K. Enjoy a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays, allowing for true work-life balance. Any work after 4 PM is compensated at a premium rate, creating additional earning potential on top of Texas top paying base salary of $330K (w2) and additional incentive bonus structure. CRNAs practice with a high level of autonomy in a supportive environment handling a broad mix of cases excluding hearts and pediatrics, including performing their own regionals.
