Join an established urology practice in Southeastern Kentucky with advanced technology, dedicated APP support, and the flexibility to build the practice that fits your goals. With a six-month patient waitlist, scheduled block OR time, and minimal local competition, you'll have the opportunity to develop a high-volume surgical practice from day one.

• Exceptional Compensation & Benefits: $800,000 guaranteed base salary with $1M+ earning potential, $80,000 signing bonus, relocation assistance up to $10,000, loan repayment options, $4,000 CME stipend, PTO, and comprehensive benefits

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
