Join a newly developed hospital orthopedic service line in Iowa with the opportunity to grow your practice within an established referral framework. This position offers physician autonomy, dedicated OR access, and access to advanced surgical technology including MAKO robotic technology.

• $730,000 guaranteed salary
• $100,000 signing bonus
• Total compensation potential up to $1,400,000
