Endocrinology Opportunity

Tyler, Texas


An established and growing endocrinology practice in Tyler, Texas is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. This role offers the ability to focus on high-quality endocrine care in a well-supported setting, with strong clinical resources, minimal administrative burden, and a schedule that allows for life outside the clinic. It is an excellent opportunity for an endocrinologist looking to build a long-term practice in East Texas.


Practice Overview


  • Broad endocrinology practice with a strong focus on thyroid disease, including in-office thyroid biopsies
  • Comprehensive patient management across diabetes, osteoporosis, and endocrine disorders
  • Team-based model supported by four diabetes educators, one medical assistant, and one LVN per physician
  • Minimal administrative responsibilities with centralized support
  • Opportunities for academic involvement and continued professional development


Schedule


  • Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with a half-day on Friday
  • 1:7 call rotation, phone, and e-consult only
  • No hospital rounding and minimal after-hours interruptions
  • Flexibility to live outside the immediate hospital radius


Compensation & Benefits


  • Generous compensation transitioning to a productivity-based RVU model with earnings in the 90th percentile of MGMA
  • Signing bonus up to $20,000 with quality bonuses up to $10,000 annually
